Refund Policy

This is a general-purpose template. Review and adjust the refund window and conditions below to match your actual business policy before relying on it, and confirm it doesn't conflict with consumer protection law in the countries you sell to.
1. Digital Products (Shop)
Products sold through our shop (plugins, templates, and similar digital goods) are delivered instantly by download link after payment. Because the product is accessible immediately, refund requests are evaluated case by case:
- Before download: If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After download: Once a product has been downloaded, it is generally considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where the product is materially defective or does not match its description.
- Technical issues: If a product doesn't work as described due to a genuine defect, contact us first — we'll try to fix the issue or provide a replacement before a refund is considered.
To request a refund, email us at info@falconzoft.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
2. Agency Services
Refunds for custom agency work (web development, marketing services, etc.) are governed by the payment terms in your individual project agreement, not by this page. Generally, deposits or milestone payments for work already completed are non-refundable, while payments for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved faster this way, and it helps us keep offering fair refunds to everyone.
