- ip-api.com — used server-side to resolve an approximate country/city from a visitor's IP address for analytics purposes.
- Email delivery provider — used to send transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, order receipts).
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain inquiry, quote, and order records for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal/tax obligations. Raw analytics/visit logs are retained for a limited period for traffic analysis purposes.
